Get Ready For WTF Fridays at the Yost Theater

December is all about the holidays, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have a little adult themed fun. The legendary Yost Theater in Santa Ana is hosting a WTF Fridays concert series over the next few weeks that costs only $5 for admission! Yes, only $5. You cannot beat that deal for quality entertainment anywhere in the SoCal area.

The fun is set to feature music from DJ RyRySoup, DJ Sro, Dj Geoffrey Fox and Dj Joshie. Yeah, I’m not sure who they are either, but does it really matter? They’ll be playing awesome music that everyone can dance to and enjoy on a Friday night. There will also be GoGo dancers, Aerialist, giveaways and much more. The party starts at 10pm and contains over two floors of awesome music and fun. Of course this is a 21 and over event.

So if you are looking to let your hair down this holiday season, stop by WTF Fridays for some fun near your apartment.

Where to Celebrate Cinco de May Near Santa Ana

There are many ways to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, which is next week by the way (yes, it really crept up on everyone. It’s almost May!), but one of the easiest, yet most authentic, is by heading over to a Mexican restaurant or bar. Most locations will celebrate the festivities with live entertainment and specials for the entire evening. The holiday is much more than drinking and eating, but doing those things is probably the most fun. If you are looking to celebrate Cinco de Mayo next week, here are three great Mexican restaurants to try.

3 Awesome Thanksgiving Centerpiece Ideas

If you are hosting Thanksgiving dinner this year, there is probably one thing that you are forgetting. No, not the turkey, but the table centerpieces. But do not worry, we have a few great DIY centerpiece ideas that will help compliment the amazing meal that you are sure to be making. Here are a few ideas for creating a fun holiday centerpiece.

This floating flower centerpiece is simple and elegant. But the best part is how easy you can make one. Flowers, candle, glassware and some water. Bam! You are done. Told you this would be easy.

This cranberry carnation centerpiece does have a lot of red, but you can easily switch things out for a pop of color. And if you cannot find carnations any type of flower will do.

Candle centerpieces are some of the easiest and most inexpensive to make. You probably have most of the items anyway.
