  • Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut in half
    4 ounces diced pancetta
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Kosher salt
  • Ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Start with Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan, then add pancetta, olive oil, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper, toss until the Brussels sprouts are completely covered.
